某天開車上北安橋，發現橋上站著一個人，
仔細一瞧，原來是一位架好腳架，等著拍攝日落的攝影者，
望著遠方的夕陽，很替他感到惋惜，
今天的雲層太厚，雖然才下午五點，但已經快看不到太陽了！
特地留意一下他的神情，除了等待外還多了份失望的心情，
突然想起了我寫的 鹽水溪畔。寧靜左岸
一樣的時間、一樣的地點、一樣都是拍攝夕陽的心情，不一樣的是日子，
然而卻有很不同的遭遇與心境……

人生就是這樣，很多人、很多事、很多景，可遇不可求，
有時錯過了就沒了！
若再給我一次機會，我想我也拍不出 鹽水溪畔。寧靜左岸 的感覺吧！
畢竟一切早已物換星移。

離開北安橋後，前往火車站搭載朋友，
閒聊之際，她突然很興奮的將廣播音量調大，
並說著她有多麼喜歡這首英文歌，
一邊開車，一邊聽她說著中文的意思，愈聽愈有意思，
晚上回到家後，找出這首歌的中文完整版，

賓果！
果然跟我下午遇到的情景可以相呼應，
可遇不可求 vs. 失去後才懂得珍惜
或許是曾體悟過這樣的心情，現在的我更能『把握當下因緣、珍惜所擁有』。
